一、水位(wei)開關(guan)工作(zuo)原理:
第(di)一(yi)、電容式水位開關(guan)
根據偵測水位變(bian)(bian)化時所引起的微小電容量(liang)差(cha)值變(bian)(bian)化,采用專用的ADA電容檢測芯片進行信號(hao)處理,可(ke)(ke)輸出多種信號(hao)通訊協(xie)議。電容式水位檢測可(ke)(ke)以(yi)隔著(zhu)任何介質檢測到容器內(nei)的水位或(huo)液體的變(bian)(bian)化,有效避免了傳統(tong)水位檢測方式穩定性、可(ke)(ke)靠性差(cha)的弊(bi)端。
第二、電子(zi)式水位開關(guan)
通過(guo)內置電子(zi)探頭來檢測水(shui)位(wei)(wei),再由芯片(pian)對檢測到的信號(hao)進行處理,當判斷到有水(shui)時(shi)(shi),芯片(pian)輸出(chu)高(gao)電平24V或5V等,當判斷到無(wu)水(shui)時(shi)(shi),芯片(pian)輸出(chu)0V。高(gao)低電平的信號(hao)通過(guo)PLC或其它控制電路(lu)板來讀取,并驅動水(shui)泵等用(yong)電器工作。可(ke)以(yi)任(ren)意方(fang)向(xiang)安裝(zhuang),橫(heng)向(xiang)安裝(zhuang)時(shi)(shi),水(shui)位(wei)(wei)到達藍線(xian)(xian)就(jiu)動作,精度較高(gao);豎向(xiang)安裝(zhuang)時(shi)(shi),水(shui)位(wei)(wei)到達紅(hong)線(xian)(xian)就(jiu)動作,有一定的防(fang)波浪(lang)功能(neng)。
第三、電極式水位(wei)開關(guan)
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極式水位(wei)(wei)開關是由一次電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極式傳感器(qi)和二次控制(zhi)器(qi)組成一體式測量系統,液(ye)位(wei)(wei)開關安裝在容器(qi)的(de)(de)頂部(bu)或(huo)容器(qi)的(de)(de)壁(bi)上,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極插入液(ye)體。測量時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極上通有交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)信(xin)號電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),當液(ye)位(wei)(wei)上升接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)到(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極間(jian)就有交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)信(xin)號電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)流(liu)(liu)(liu)過(guo),從而產生液(ye)面(mian)(mian)信(xin)號,控制(zhi)板接(jie)(jie)收到(dao)液(ye)面(mian)(mian)信(xin)號后(hou),進行整流(liu)(liu)(liu)、濾波、放(fang)大等處理(li),最后(hou)轉換(huan)成繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)閉合(he)觸(chu)點輸(shu)出或(huo)標準電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)16mA輸(shu)出給用戶使用。當液(ye)位(wei)(wei)下降(jiang)離(li)開電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極間(jian)就沒有交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)信(xin)號電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)流(liu)(liu)(liu)過(guo),控制(zhi)板接(jie)(jie)收不(bu)到(dao)液(ye)面(mian)(mian)信(xin)號,繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)又(you)(you)恢復成釋放(fang)狀態或(huo)標準電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)又(you)(you)回到(dao)8mA。因此,通過(guo)液(ye)體與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)與(yu)不(bu)接(jie)(jie)觸(chu),繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)吸合(he)與(yu)不(bu)吸合(he)或(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)大小,就能(neng)正確測量出液(ye)位(wei)(wei)高低位(wei)(wei)置。
第四(si)、光電式水(shui)位開關
使用紅外(wai)線(xian)探測(ce),利用光(guang)線(xian)的折射(she)和反(fan)射(she)原理(li),光(guang)線(xian)在兩種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)不(bu)同介質(zhi)的分(fen)界(jie)(jie)面(mian)會產生反(fan)射(she)或折射(she)現象。當(dang)被測(ce)液體(ti)處于高位時,被測(ce)液體(ti)與光(guang)電(dian)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)形(xing)成一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)分(fen)界(jie)(jie)面(mian),當(dang)被測(ce)液體(ti)處于低位時,空(kong)氣與光(guang)電(dian)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)形(xing)成另一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)分(fen)界(jie)(jie)面(mian),這(zhe)兩種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)分(fen)界(jie)(jie)面(mian)會使光(guang)電(dian)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)內部(bu)光(guang)接(jie)收晶(jing)體(ti)所接(jie)收的反(fan)射(she)光(guang)強度(du)不(bu)同,即(ji)對(dui)應兩種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)不(bu)同的開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)狀態。
第五、音叉式水位開關
音叉由晶體(ti)激(ji)勵產生(sheng)振(zhen)動,當音叉被液體(ti)浸(jin)沒時,振(zhen)動頻(pin)率(lv)會發生(sheng)變(bian)化,這(zhe)個頻(pin)率(lv)變(bian)化由電子線路檢測(ce)出(chu)來并輸出(chu)一個開關量。
第六、浮球式(shi)水位開關
水有(you)浮(fu)力,浮(fu)球(qiu)系(xi)統就(jiu)是根據液(ye)體的(de)(de)浮(fu)力配套制(zhi)作(zuo)的(de)(de),液(ye)位上(shang)漲時(shi)(shi),浮(fu)球(qiu)系(xi)統也相(xiang)應上(shang)漲,液(ye)面下(xia)降時(shi)(shi)也相(xiang)應下(xia)降,當上(shang)漲或下(xia)降到設(she)定的(de)(de)位置(zhi)時(shi)(shi),浮(fu)球(qiu)系(xi)統就(jiu)會碰到在設(she)定位置(zhi)的(de)(de)開關,從而(er)使開關發出電(dian)(dian)信號,而(er)電(dian)(dian)控(kong)設(she)備在接(jie)到電(dian)(dian)信號時(shi)(shi)會馬上(shang)動(dong)作(zuo),切(qie)斷或接(jie)通(tong)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),形成(cheng)自(zi)動(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統。
