生活污水處理設備主要的組成部分1. 水解酸(suan)化(hua)池 該(gai)工藝主要處(chu)(chu)理(li)的(de)(de)就是對污水(shui)(shui)處(chu)(chu)理(li)前(qian)進行預處(chu)(chu)理(li),將水(shui)(shui)中的(de)(de)廢水(shui)(shui)進行一定的(de)(de)厭氧(yang)發酵,將污水(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)可(ke)(ke)生化(hua)性(xing)提(ti)高,這是對污水(shui)(shui)處(chu)(chu)理(li)前(qian)比較重要的(de)(de)步驟,可(ke)(ke)以直接影(ying)響后期的(de)(de)污水(shui)(shui)處(chu)(chu)理(li)的(de)(de)效率(lv)和處(chu)(chu)理(li)時間,可(ke)(ke)以最(zui)大程(cheng)度的(de)(de)提(ti)高污水(shui)(shui)處(chu)(chu)理(li)的(de)(de)效率(lv)和減少消耗。 2. 接觸氧化池(chi) 氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)根據水(shui)處(chu)(chu)理的(de)(de)污(wu)(wu)染(ran)程(cheng)度(du)不同(tong)分(fen)為好(hao)幾個等級,普(pu)通型(xing)(xing)和加(jia)強型(xing)(xing)。一般根據處(chu)(chu)理的(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)進行(xing)判(pan)斷(duan)。處(chu)(chu)理時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)不大于四(si)個小時(shi)(shi)(shi)就使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)普(pu)通型(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),處(chu)(chu)理時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)在(zai)4-6小時(shi)(shi)(shi)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)加(jia)強型(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)。主(zhu)要是使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)解酸化(hua)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)出水(shui)自流至(zhi)接觸氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)進行(xing)生化(hua)處(chu)(chu)理。原污(wu)(wu)水(shui)中(zhong)大部分(fen)有(you)(you)(you)機(ji)物在(zai)此得(de)到降(jiang)解和凈(jing)化(hua),好(hao)氧(yang)(yang)菌以填料為載體,利用(yong)(yong)(yong)污(wu)(wu)水(shui)中(zhong)的(de)(de)有(you)(you)(you)機(ji)物為食料,將(jiang)污(wu)(wu)水(shui)中(zhong)的(de)(de)有(you)(you)(you)機(ji)物分(fen)解成無機(ji)鹽類,從而達到凈(jing)化(hua)目的(de)(de)。好(hao)氧(yang)(yang)菌的(de)(de)生存,必須(xu)有(you)(you)(you)足夠(gou)(gou)的(de)(de)氧(yang)(yang)氣,即污(wu)(wu)水(shui)中(zhong)有(you)(you)(you)足夠(gou)(gou)的(de)(de)溶解氧(yang)(yang),以達到生化(hua)處(chu)(chu)理的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。好(hao)氧(yang)(yang)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)空氣由風機(ji)提供,池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)內(nei)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)新型(xing)(xing)彈(dan)性立體填料,該填料表面積比(bi)大、使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)壽(shou)命長、易掛膜、耐腐蝕,池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)底(di)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)旋(xuan)混式曝氣器,使(shi)(shi)溶解氧(yang)(yang)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)移(yi)率高,同(tong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)有(you)(you)(you)重(zhong)量輕、不老化(hua)、不易堵塞、使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)壽(shou)命長等優點。接觸池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)氣水(shui)比(bi)在(zai)12:1左右。(0.5-5 m3/h接觸池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)為二(er)級) 3. 雜質沉淀池 污水(shui)經過生(sheng)物(wu)接(jie)觸氧(yang)化池(chi)處理后出水(shui)自流(liu)進入沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)池(chi),進一(yi)步(bu)沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)去除(chu)脫落的(de)生(sheng)物(wu)膜和部(bu)份有機及無機小(xiao)顆粒,沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)池(chi)是根據重(zhong)(zhong)力作(zuo)用(yong)的(de)原理,當含有懸(xuan)浮物(wu)的(de)污水(shui)從下往上(shang)流(liu)動時,由(you)重(zhong)(zhong)力作(zuo)用(yong),將物(wu)質沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)下來(lai)。沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)池(chi)上(shang)部(bu)設可調(diao)出水(shui)堰,以(yi)調(diao)節出水(shui)水(shui)位;下部(bu)設錐形沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)區和污泥(ni)氣(qi)體裝置,氣(qi)源由(you)風(feng)機提供(gong),污泥(ni)采(cai)用(yong)氣(qi)提方式輸送至(zhi)污泥(ni)好氧(yang)消化池(chi)。 4. 消毒(du)處理 消(xiao)毒池(chi)按(an)規范«TJ14-74»標準為(wei)30分鐘,若是(shi)醫院污水(shui),消(xiao)毒池(chi)增加(jia)(jia)停留時間至1-1.5小(xiao)時。我公司采用二氧(yang)化(hua)氯消(xiao)毒裝置,消(xiao)毒池(chi)與消(xiao)毒裝置能根據(ju)出水(shui)量大小(xiao)不斷改變加(jia)(jia)藥(yao)量,達到多出水(shui)多加(jia)(jia)藥(yao),少出水(shui)少加(jia)(jia)藥(yao)的目的,需要(yao)其它裝置可另行(xing)配制(zhi)。(如用于工業污水(shui),消(xiao)毒池(chi)與消(xiao)毒裝置可以不要(yao)。) 5. 污泥好(hao)氧消化池 沉淀池所排放剩余污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)在池中(zhong)進行(xing)好(hao)(hao)氧消(xiao)化(hua)穩定(ding)處理(li),以(yi)減少(shao)污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)的(de)體(ti)積和提高污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)的(de)穩定(ding)性(xing)。好(hao)(hao)氧消(xiao)化(hua)后(hou)的(de)污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)量(liang)較(jiao)少(shao),清(qing)理(li)時可(ke)(ke)用吸(xi)(xi)糞車從污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)池的(de)檢查孔伸(shen)到污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)池底(di)部(bu)進行(xing)抽吸(xi)(xi)后(hou)外運即可(ke)(ke)(半年清(qing)理(li)一(yi)次)。污(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)好(hao)(hao)氧消(xiao)化(hua)池上部(bu)設上清(qing)液回流裝置(zhi),使上清(qing)液溢流至水解酸化(hua)池。 |
