制藥廢水處理難點是什么?廢水(shui)污染(ran)(ran)與產品、使用原(yuan)輔料、生(sheng)產工(gong)藝等密切(qie)相關,企業新生(sheng)產狀(zhuang)況產生(sheng)的污染(ran)(ran)負荷(he)與原(yuan)處理設(she)施的生(sheng)物(wu)系統(tong)、運行參數發生(sheng)沖突,往(wang)往(wang)會造成一(yi)段時間不(bu)達標 記者了解到(dao),我(wo)國的制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)分為化(hua)(hua)學(xue)(xue)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)品原料藥(yao)(yao)(yao)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)、化(hua)(hua)學(xue)(xue)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)品制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)劑制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)、中(zhong)(zhong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)飲片(pian)加工(gong)、中(zhong)(zhong)成藥(yao)(yao)(yao)生(sheng)產、獸用藥(yao)(yao)(yao)品制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)、生(sheng)物藥(yao)(yao)(yao)品制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)和衛生(sheng)材料及醫藥(yao)(yao)(yao)用品制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)7個子行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)。在這(zhe)些(xie)子行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)中(zhong)(zhong),污染負(fu)荷量最大(da)的是化(hua)(hua)學(xue)(xue)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)品原料藥(yao)(yao)(yao)生(sheng)產,約占全行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)的80%。 中國(guo)化學(xue)制藥(yao)工(gong)業協(xie)會環保工(gong)程師張道新表示,化學(xue)原料(liao)藥(yao)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)一般都是(shi)投(tou)入(ru)產(chan)(chan)出(chu)比大,產(chan)(chan)品(pin)產(chan)(chan)出(chu)率低,污染(ran)物(wu)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)量較(jiao)大;產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)的污染(ran)物(wu)的種類、特性(xing)與數(shu)量與生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)種所需原輔料(liao)、工(gong)藝過程、工(gong)藝條件、產(chan)(chan)出(chu)物(wu)及管理(li)水平(ping)直接相(xiang)關。其特點是(shi),污染(ran)物(wu)種類多、單類數(shu)量少(shao)(經濟利用(yong)度不高(gao))、具有(you)生(sheng)物(wu)毒性(xing)、濃度高(gao)、排放基本無規律、不連續不均(jun)衡、難進(jin)行生(sheng)化處理(li)。“高(gao)濃度廢水治理(li)一直是(shi)困擾化學(xue)原料(liao)藥(yao)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)發展的難題。” 據了解(jie),化學(xue)原料藥(yao)的(de)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)來源包(bao)括車間工(gong)藝用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、設備管線清場清洗廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、藥(yao)物(wu)(wu)提取或精制工(gong)序(xu)固液分離產(chan)(chan)(chan)生(sheng)的(de)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、車間員工(gong)清潔用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)及廠區生(sheng)活廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)等(deng)。同時,廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)來源還(huan)包(bao)括鍋爐排(pai)污水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)、外排(pai)的(de)冷卻水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)等(deng)。在企業的(de)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong),廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)則(ze)溶(rong)入了生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)過程中(zhong)使(shi)用(yong)的(de)全部物(wu)(wu)料的(de)成(cheng)分,其中(zhong)包(bao)括藥(yao)物(wu)(wu)中(zhong)間體、未知物(wu)(wu)和(he)目標物(wu)(wu)(殘留的(de)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin));還(huan)包(bao)括廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)在混合(he)有氧與缺(que)氧條件下的(de)新(xin)產(chan)(chan)(chan)物(wu)(wu)。 在國家水(shui)(shui)專項(xiang)調研中(zhong),制藥企(qi)業(ye)(ye)的達標狀況堪憂:能(neng)夠達到制藥行(xing)業(ye)(ye)水(shui)(shui)污染(ran)物排放新(xin)標準限值的制藥企(qi)業(ye)(ye)數(shu)量(liang)相當少,化學合成類、發(fa)酵類、制劑類制藥廢水(shui)(shui)達標率分(fen)別為9%、12%和30%。 另據調查,目前國內大部分城(cheng)鎮污水(shui)處(chu)理(li)廠對(dui)制(zhi)藥工業廢(fei)水(shui)的納水(shui)要求為(wei)COD≤300mg/L,即(ji)使這樣,仍有部分化學合(he)(he)成(cheng)(cheng)類、發(fa)酵(jiao)類制(zhi)藥企業達(da)不(bu)到要求,化學合(he)(he)成(cheng)(cheng)類比(bi)例高(gao)達(da)46%,發(fa)酵(jiao)類為(wei)16%。 上一篇工業廢水有哪些分類?下一篇污水處理的一般流程 |
