漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)開(kai)關,主(zhu)(zhu)要用于(yu)防止漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)事故的(de)發生,其開(kai)關的(de)動(dong)作原理是:在(zai)(zai)一個(ge)(ge)鐵芯上(shang)有兩(liang)(liang)個(ge)(ge)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu),主(zhu)(zhu)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)和(he)(he)(he)副(fu)(fu)(fu)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)。主(zhu)(zhu)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)也有兩(liang)(liang)個(ge)(ge)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu):分別為輸(shu)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)流繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)和(he)(he)(he)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)。無漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時,輸(shu)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)流和(he)(he)(he)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流相等(deng),在(zai)(zai)鐵芯上(shang)二(er)磁通的(de)矢量和(he)(he)(he)為零(ling),就不會(hui)在(zai)(zai)副(fu)(fu)(fu)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)上(shang)感應出電(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi),否則(ze)副(fu)(fu)(fu)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)上(shang)就會(hui)感應電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓形成,經放大(da)器推動(dong)執行機(ji)構,使(shi)開(kai)關跳閘。

漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)保護開關(guan)的動作原理是:在一個(ge)(ge)(ge)鐵芯(xin)上(shang)有兩個(ge)(ge)(ge)組(zu):一個(ge)(ge)(ge)輸入電(dian)(dian)(dian)流繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)和(he)一個(ge)(ge)(ge)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu),當無漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)時,輸入電(dian)(dian)(dian)流和(he)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流相等,在鐵芯(xin)上(shang)二磁通的矢量(liang)和(he)為零,就不會在第三個(ge)(ge)(ge)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)上(shang)感應出電(dian)(dian)(dian)勢,否則第三繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)上(shang)就會感應電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓形成,經放大(da)去(qu)推動執(zhi)行(xing)機(ji)構,使開關(guan)跳閘。
正常工作(zuo)時電(dian)(dian)(dian)路中除了工作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)外沒有漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)保護(hu)(hu)器(qi),此時流(liu)過(guo)零序互(hu)(hu)(hu)感器(qi)(檢測互(hu)(hu)(hu)感器(qi))的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)大小相(xiang)等(deng),方向相(xiang)反(fan),總和為零,互(hu)(hu)(hu)感器(qi)鐵(tie)芯中感應磁(ci)通(tong)(tong)也等(deng)于零,二(er)次繞組無(wu)輸出(chu)(chu),自動開(kai)關保持在接(jie)通(tong)(tong)狀態,漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)保護(hu)(hu)器(qi)處于正常運行。當(dang)被保護(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)與線路發生漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)或有人觸電(dian)(dian)(dian)時,就有一個(ge)接(jie)地故(gu)障電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),使流(liu)過(guo)檢測互(hu)(hu)(hu)感器(qi)內(nei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)量和不為零,互(hu)(hu)(hu)感器(qi)鐵(tie)芯中感應出(chu)(chu)現磁(ci)通(tong)(tong),其二(er)次繞組有感應電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)產(chan)生,經放(fang)大后輸出(chu)(chu),使漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)脫扣器(qi)動作(zuo)推動自動開(kai)關跳閘達(da)到漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)保護(hu)(hu)的(de)目的(de)。
